Approach & Collaboration
We started from the very beginning, purchasing the domain and setting up hosting. We used GoDaddy. Once the technical foundation was in place, we collaborated on the visual direction, discussing color schemes and overall tone. He shared the general feel he wanted, but ultimately gave me creative liberty to shape the design.
Since the business didn't have brand photography, I curated high-quality stock images that matched the detailing theme and visually communicated the services.
Solution:
I designed and developed a modern, easy-to-navigate website with clear service sections, pricing, and booking options. The layout was intentionally simple and spacious, making it easy for customers to skin and take action.
Outcome:
The business gained a professional online presence and a dedicated space for customers to book appointments or reach out directly.
Although the site was later discontinued due to low online booking usage, it remains a strong example of my ability to build complete websites from scratch - including design, development, hosting setup, and SEO.

The business had no website at all, so this project began from the ground up. Most customers were reaching out through Facebook or calling directly, which worked, but didn't provide a streamlined or professional online experience. The owner wanted a simple, modern website that made booking easier and showcased the services clearly.

I focused on creating a calm, minimal layout with soft neutrals, clean lines, and spacious sections - all inspired by Scandinavian design principles. The goal was to make the site feel welcoming, airy, and easy to navigate, mirroring the retreat's atmosphere.
